How XPAY works • How does XPAY works? XPAY transactions are convenient, swift and secure. When you wish to pay using XPAY, all you need is the following:- o via Mobile The user can open the application and choose the option he requires. To execute a transaction he can simply select Transaction when he will be prompted for the MPIN. As soon as the MPIN is entered the customer will have to enter the merchant code, amount and the details of his purchase post which he can confirm the payment. The user will be able to view his successful transaction in the transaction history.
o via IVRS The user can call on +919387712345 and select the option of his choice. The interactive voice system prompts customer to enter the MPIN and details of the purchase post which the user gets the confirmation on payment immediately.
o via Internet The user can log on to his online account user his registered mobile number and login password. Here he can select an option of his choice and execute the payment very conveniently.

• When can I use XPAY? XPAY can be used at any time of the day.
• Do I need to get a new credit card or open a new bank account? Not at all!!! We do not require a bank account or credit card to operate an XPAY account.
• How secure is XPAY? There are multiple layers of security implemented to protect the XPAY account from any unauthorized access. Any unauthorized request is rejected at the outer most security layer itself and there is no possibility that an account may be hacked. Also a transaction can be executed only if the MPIN is provided which is only known to the user.
• How can I ensure that XPAY account is accessed by myself only? User need to ensure that the MPIN and Login password is not shared with anybody.
• Can a user have multiple XPAY Accounts? A user can have one account for a unique mobile number.
• Do I require a specific type of mobile phone or application to use XPAY? No. Any basic model of mobile can be used for the IVRS facility. On mobiles with GPRS compatibility, XPAY can be activated via an application download which takes hardly few seconds. There is no SIM change required for the same. XPAY can also be used online using an Internet Connection.
• Is my XPAY account safe in case my mobile is lost? In case if mobile is lost, your XPAY account is completely safe as the login password or MPIN is known only to the user. But it would be more secure if you can call the customer care on 1800 2002 123 and block your XPAY account.
Register your XPAY • How can I register for XPAY? To register for XPAY customer needs to fill in an application available at the branches, super merchants or through the XPAY Site www.XPAYindia.com. The customer has to also provide us with a self-attested copy of valid ID Proof and address proof.
• What documents are required to register for XPAY? The user will have to give a valid Identity proof and address proof like Driving license Voters ID Passport Bank Passbook/ Bank Statement. Pan card & any other address proof
• How do I get my XPAY username and password? XPAY Username will be your registered mobile number and the MPIN and the login password will be send to the mobile or email of the user as per the user request.
• What is MPIN? MPIN is the transaction password which can be used to execute transactions via mobile application, IVRS and online account.
• What is Login password? Login password is the password to use the online application.
• How do I reset my MPIN or Login password? The same can be reset through the XPAY website or through the IVRS facility
• What should I do if my MPIN or Login password is lost or forgotten? The user has to call the customer care on 1800 2002 123 and block the XPAY account.
• How long will it take to activate my account? Within 7 hours your account will be activated.
• How do I get the confirmation on activation of my XPAY account? An email or sms will be sent to the customer as soon as the account is activated which includes the customers user name, MPIN and password, the link to download the application and the toll-free number to use the IVRS facility.
• In case of change in registered phone number what needs to be done? In case of change in registered mobile number the user can walk into any of the UAExchange Branches and cancel the existing account. The balance in the account will be paid to the user using an account payee cheque. The user can further apply for a new XPAY account with the new number.

• Where can I use XPAY? XPAY can be used in any merchant outlets supporting XPAY. It can also be used to pay your utility bills like electricity bill, landline bills, water bills and gas bills. It can also be used to recharge your mobile, buy movie tickets, buy airline and railway tickets and much more!!!
• Are there any hidden charges for using XPAY? Absolutely not. There are no hidden charges for using XPAY • How can I reload my XPAY account? XPAY can be reloaded at the comforts of your home through the Internet. The user can also walk in to any of the branches or merchant outlets to reload their XPAY Account through cash or cheque.
• Are there any denominations for reload? No, there are no denominations for reload but the maximum balance that can be maintained in an XPAY account is Rs 50000/-.
• How can I check my XPAY balance? You can view your XPAY Balance through the Internet or you can also use the application on the mobile to view the last 5 transactions or call on the IVRS Facility.
• Are there any limits on daily transactions? There are absolutely no limits on the daily transactions. If the account is funded you can make any number of transactions.
• What is the minimum amount per transaction? The minimum amount per transaction is Rs 10/-.
• What is maximum amount per transaction through mobile? The maximum amount per transaction through mobile is Rs 5000/-
• What would be the maximum balance allowed in my XPAY account? The maximum balance allowed in an XPAY Account is Rs 50000/-.
• What is the maximum amount I can reload in a day? The maximum reload amount is Rs 25000/- in a day.
• How long does the transaction take? Each transaction is completed in a few seconds.
• Can I get a refund on the money I deposited in the XPAY account? Yes. Customer can redeem the balance amount from the branch where the customer is registered. The amount will be paid in the customers name in account payee crossed cheque. For redemption and refund Rs. 50 will be charged as handling charges
• Are there any charges to download the application? Absolutely no charges apply for the application download.
• Can I use XPAY when my mobile does not support GPRS? Yes, XPAY can also be used through IVRS Facility on any mobile which does not support GPRS. • What is IVRS facility? IVRS facility is the Interactive Voice Response System whereby the user can call on the toll free number +91 93877 12345 and complete his transactions in a jiffy.
• Do I get any loyalty/bonus points for using the card? As of now we do not provide loyalty/bonus points but they are soon to follow.
• What should I do in case of charge reversal/dispute on my purchase? Any charge reversal dispute will be handled by the merchant where the purchase has taken place.
• Will I be spammed by emails/messages? Not at all. We are extremely sensitive to your privacy needs and hence all our data is secure and is not shared with anybody.
