A customer can make payments through SMS in two different formats which is as follows:

SMS Format 1 :
XPAY<SPACE>MERCHANT CODE, PAYMENT AMOUNT, MPIN
E.g. : XPAY 10051, 500, 228541

SMS Format 2 :
XPAY<SPACE>MERCHANT CODE, COUNTER CODE, PAYMENT AMOUNT, PARTICULARS, MPIN
E.g. : XPAY 10051, 01, 500, Purchase of shirt, 228541

• Customer will recieve the payment acknowledgement SMS indicating whether the payment is done successfully or not along with the reason.
  
  
• A customer who does not have GPRS connection or does not have the Xpay mobile application can use this service to make payments through Xpay.
  
  
• For each payment request carried out using SMS feature, the SMS cost levied by the network operator will be appicable to the customer.
  
  
• Only those SMS recieved from Xpay customer mobiles will be accepted for payment. The number to which the payment SMS has to be sent is - 92874 19001
